He is born of three worlds...  Water, Land and Dreams. 

A three time orphan, Joe’s life encompasses fragmented homes never held too long.

Atop the Himalayan snow crested mountains of Tibet, Joe’s life begins.   It is here he is left affront a Tibetan Monastery's ancient wooden scrolled door by a mysterious woman in white. Within the Monks convent, a young Joe learns the ancient wisdom of Tao and  Kung   Fu .

At age 9 Joe is adopted by a billionaire philanthropist couple visiting the monastery. His new families philanthropy donations embrace the environment, as they gift money to many Ocean and Earth causes. With Joe’s earlier wisdom instilled in him, he happily takes his adopted families charitable passions to heart.

A few years into these givings, flying through a hailstorm, their seaplane crashes into the Pacific ocean. The morning after the tragic impact, the sky is blue, the sea, like a lake, flat, placid. The pristine awe of natures beauty calls the day. On a floating piece of the wreck, Joe sleeps with his little dog Seekor snuggled next to him. The only ones left alive.

Flashback:
Deep in the abyss of the blue ocean in a protective clear dome, amongst the creatures of the sea, a weary Poseidon commands the Mermaid to leave their home, only to return with a land dweller fit to carry their message to the human race.

Through the salt particles in the water, shards of emerald light reveal the sequined mermaids direction; She splashes, surfacing from below. As the boy and dog lay asleep, her incandescent eyes glow deeply at them. Clairvoyant, the Mermaid can see Joe’s soul is the One.

The mermaids splash wake seeker, then Joe. They stare at the odd shaped emerald color fin as it submerges back into the deep blue. Joe asks Seekor, “What was that?” 

Gazing into the blue sea, an explosive green light bursts from below, soaking them with salt water. Their hair sticks straight up into the air as their limbs tremble. Joe and Seek squint through the luminescent light. Their mouths drop as they see the sequined and dreadlocked sea creature's incandescent eyes beaming at them. She speaks a human language… something about "the One" and special powers that will be given to them. One power that already has been given; Breathing underwater, now seems rather important as the mermaid’s power lures them into the water.

Encapsulated in the glow of the emerald light, the Mermaid guides Joe and Seekor to their new undersea home, for now ....
